one-half cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
one pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
one-fourth cup egg whites
one tbsp cayenne pepper
one tbsp hot sauce
one tbsp garlic pepper seasoning
one tsp hot sauce
one tbsp sweet paprika
one cup bread crumbs
Whisk Greek yogurt, egg whites, and one tbsp plus one tsp hot sauce in a bowl.
Mix cayenne pepper, bread crumbs, garlic pepper, paprika in another bowl.
Dip strips of chicken into the yogurt mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture.
Place coated chicken strips in a single layer in an air fryer.
Cook until evenly browned, about 8 minutes per side.
