Southern Style Catfish with Green Beans ingredients are 12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed Cooking spray, 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional), 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt, divided, 2 Unit (6-oz.) catfish fillets, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 large egg lightly beaten, 1/3 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs), 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill, 3/4 teaspoon dill pickle relish, 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon granulated sugar Lemon wedges.

Step 1: Put green beans in a medium bowl, and spray lavishly with cooking spray. Dredge with brown sugar, crushed red pepper (if available and using), and 1/8 teaspoon of the salt. Put in the air fryer basket, and cook at 400ºF until it is tender and browned about 12 minutes and then transfer to a bowl. Cover with aluminium foil to keep warm.

Step 2: toss the catfish in flour to coat, shake the excesses from the fish. Dip the pieces, one at a time, in the egg to coat, then dredge with panko, pressing to coat evenly on all sides.
